Why Harry Picked Ginny, Rather Than Hermione, As A Romantic Partner

Greetings! I originally posted this essay on a Harry/Ginny community and someone recommended that it would receive an interested audience here as well. It is a study of the mix of sexual attraction and humour in regards to Harry and Ginny.

There is no discussion of fandom - or even the practice of shipping. It is an analysis of what Harry desires and how Ginny meets those needs. While Harry's friendship with Hermione is mentioned - and I explain why he is not attracted to her - it is not intended to be inflammatory - and doesn't bash in any way, shape or form.

Hope you enjoy.
